Soneiro is a project combining sound, music, meditation and yoga. We have created a method to bring people into conscious spaces, incorporating artists, musicians and practitioners, curating sound journeys, ecstatic dances, workshops, yoga, meditations, small steps to creating a more aware world.
The resonance of therapeutic instruments, shaman drums, medicine songs & mantras will carry us through the meditation and this spherical sound will lead us to leave our everyday consciousness and sink deeper into our own inner space following the flow of Cacao medicine. Cacao was considered one of the most valuable goods in life for the Maya´s and the Aztecs. It was used in trade, as a medicine at home or by shamans and as an offer to the Gods.
