I'm a Portuguese artist. I paint portraits of people and experiences. Cheerful colors and strong lines characterize my art. I create murals for indoor and outdoor spaces and artistic decoration. I do live painting with musicians. I facilitate classes and workshops for children and adults.
I do live portraits in the city streets and at events (weddings, parties, restaurants and bars) It's not just a portrait but a record of a memory where conversations and art are exchanged. For these events I use the colored drawing technique so that it doesn't take up too much of each person's time
I create custom portraits from photographs. They can be portraits of individual people or animals or of groups. I also create more intimate and in-depth portraits of the person being portrayed, based on stories and through symbols, shapes and colors. Use of mixed drawing and painting techniques on different media such as paper, canvas, textiles and murals (inside and out). I can create expressionist and minimalist portraits in my own style, at the client's choice.
